Fuji Digital Cameras
Fujifilm Holdings Corporation or Fujifilm is best known for its photographic film but the company has been in operation since 1934 and Fuji digital cameras where introduced in the late 1990’s and now boast some of the best in the world. Fuji is not only known for its great digital cameras but also for its innovative technology.
Fujifilm was established in Japan and is the largest photographic and imaging company in the world. In 1986 Fuji introduced its QuickSnap disposable camera with one of the biggest camera launches in history. The range of FinePix digital camera’s start at the lower end point and shoot type compact cameras that can easily slot straight into the pocket. They also have weather and shockproof mid range cameras and progress to F-mount compatible digital SLRs which employ Fujifilm's Super CCD technology.

One of there lower priced new cameras is the Fujifilm Z20FD. It consists of a 10mega pixel sensor MPEG-4 video recording, 14 scenic modes and a range of colourful finishes. It has a 35-105mm lens and a 2.5 inch LCD screen.
The Fujifilm Z100FD has an 8 mega pixel sensor auto exposure mode with 16 scenic settings. It boasts a 35-180mm lens and a 2.7 inch LCD screen. It is well designed, takes good images and has lots of nice features.
Slightly higher priced is the Fujifilm F50FD. It consists of a 12mega pixel sensor, fast auto focus with a 35-105mm lens. Includes a 2.7 inch LCD screen and 14 scenic modes. It is a high spec compact camera, produces good sharp images and is great to use.
Higher up the range some of the newer digital cameras are the Fujifilm S8000FD, the Fujifilm S1000FD, Fujifilm S9600, Fujifilm S8100FD and the Fujifilm S100FS.
